Hull: keel bolts and attachment points have been inspected, anti fouled this year. 20lb anchor, 1 spare. Removable ladder. Two New leisure batteries fitted this year. MMSI radio, basic GPS chart plotter. New compass this year. Plastimo Iris 100 compass course/hand bearing compass always kept in the bag when not in use can be mounted inside with additional clip. Large Selection of ropes and cord about half new half well used; full set of fenders in excellent condition. Manual and automatic bilge pump fitted.
Volvo Penta 1B 10HP inboard diesel (needs new impeller slow to pump water and slight leak on seacock if using the engine for extended time bilges fill up and also slightly leeks oil when running although this is healthy for this type of engine.
also have 2 transoms for outboard: one for storage and one lowerable just in case.
Head – flushes but needs some attention with attachment bolts
Genoa – average condition.
Spinnaker – not used looks brilliant
Main – well used plenty of life – spare main in better condition
Very well insulated: boat cushions very comfortable 4″ foam with additional 25mm closed foam under.
2 ring gas burner with grill with gas bottle locker in rear locker.
Hand fresh water pump needs adjusting as too close to sink to get good seal on nut hence slight leak.
Selling with above anything else on board will be taken off after/before and is not included there may somethings I have forgotten but assume not included if in doubt…

Reason for sale, bought in Essex, bad weather and busy schedule meant I only got as far as Portland (aiming for river Exe) realized I don’t have enough time/money in my life to do things properly so looking for quick no nonsense sale else I may look into a boat share or doing repairs my self and re-asses/sell in spring. The engine is a diesel Yanmar 1GM10. We used brass, stainless steel, marine ply and proper yacht paint in doing it up so it should hold for a good while. We are selling her as myself and my brother have moved too far from her to sail. She is currently on a hard standing in Monkstone Boat Club on the Neath river in South Wales.
