Reason for sale, bought in Essex, bad weather and busy schedule meant I only got as far as Portland (aiming for river Exe) realized I don’t have enough time/money in my life to do things properly so looking for quick no nonsense sale else I may look into a boat share or doing repairs my self and re-asses/sell in spring.  More pictures and details HERE

Southern Lady
£2,750 or nearest offer. A solid little boat; we’ve been pottering around the Bristol Channel in it for years!
• A bilge keeler, so very shallow draft and can sit on the mud.
• Simple, rugged and easy to maintain.
• Recently been refurbished in 2017 and has been completely reliable and quite comfortable since, including  new sails and roller reefing, new toilet, fitted cushions.  We also fitted a new electrical system including:  new GPS and VHF radio,  new battery, new wiring,  new lights,  new bilge pump.
The engine is a diesel Yanmar 1GM10. We used brass, stainless steel, marine ply and proper yacht paint in doing it up so it should hold for a good while. We are selling her as myself and my brother have moved too far from her to sail. She is currently on a hard standing in Monkstone Boat Club on the Neath river in South Wales. You can contact me (John Mylan) on: 07780 456429 or john.a.mylan@gmail.com
